WASTED MY TIME I called pleasant valley to see about their three bedroom units just to be told that they won't be ready until June which is totally fine. No big deal, it's middle of April. That's all. She neglected to tell me that they will not be handing out those applications,Had a fine interaction over the phone. Today I go in in order to try and receive applications for that three bedroom just to be told that they are not giving out applications because there's no set date on when those units will be ready. There was a major attitude in the woman's voice and she just answered very rude and I said okay. Guess I'll try somewhere else then and left. I walked in behind another man who is requesting for his paperwork back so he could apply for other apartments because he was denied for some reason he doesn't understand why and she was arguing with him basically saying that she had to dig up the information again and that she would give him a call just being totally rude to the man. I am very disappointed because I had very high hopes as the community looks very nice and I was excited for the idea of raising my child in that community. But I will not even be coming back to ask for any type of applications after this one interaction. Whoever owns this place needs to get rid of that woman because she is scaring off new tenants and I'm pretty sure this is the same woman I had on the phone and she's very negligent of other people's time. Why not Just tell me that you guys weren't even accepting applications for three bedrooms when we spoke on the phone, Why even bring up three bedrooms if you guys aren't doing anything with them yet? I'm very mad that my time was wasted especially when I called for accurate information to avoid wasting my time.

Libby the manager uses scare tactics on elderly people and withholds titles to keep people and then steal the trailers back when they die or too scared to say anything. She knowing allows the sale of drugs on the property for a cut or will attempt to rat you out. Libby will use any tactic to scare elderly people from there rightfully owned property so when they die she can resell or rent the trailer. She violates ADA laws and restricts service animal based on breeds which violates ADA laws. Stay away. Guards are never on duty and Just waves anyone in

Called his morning to verify vacancies, acquire general information regarding the park and monthly costs. Property manager is very rude on the phone, didn’t seem interested in getting new tenants. $1200/month for a 2bed 1bath is laughable considering the unpleasant reviews. Better off just renting else where with no worries of being grieved by management or spending your hard earned money on such an outrageously overpriced TRAILER PARK.

Regardless of whether or not there are units available, the manner in which inquiries are handled needs to be adjusted by the "manager." (Or whomever it is that she represents, actually.) I see that this is a common issue as THE MOST RECENT REVIEW BEFORE MINE SAYS BASICALLY WORD FOR WORD WHAT I'M ABOUT TO SHARE. As both of my experiences with Pleasant Valley were RIDICULOUSLY brief, I never learned the "managers" name until I read other reviews here and see that it is probably Libby. First off, I called during closed business hours and reached an answering service. The person I left a message with was very nice, so great job there, but the message was for a simple callback regarding available units. The following day..no return call. I finally call again and who I'm assuming is the "manager" Libby answers. I do understand the job of a manager as I've been in management for 15 years; you're busy, yes. But she was incredibly short. Fine. A few days later I make the effort to visit Pleasant Valley in person. I never even made it thru the office doors as again who I'm assuming was the "manager" walks toward me on the walkway and greets me with 'yes?' I realize it's the same smoky voice from the phone and have then already given up on asking any more questions with how short she was over the phone with brushing me off. Definitely a good way to deter good people from even WANTING to move in. I see a very low review score here and many complaints; I hope the actual people in charge take them into deep consideration. And most of us probably never even came close to becoming tenants.

How much would it be to rent just a one bedroom if you don’t already have a home. It’s just me, my disabled bf and his service dog. We both work and are in our 30’s. Trying to get out from under this apartment he’s in rn. We have until early may.

You can't rent here unless you know an trailer owner that wants to rent out a room or soo besides that the only thing we pay as trailer owners is the territory which is basically rent in a way and thats usually about 800 plus utilities

how much is the rent.
