8/2022 This is an update since I began renting a NEW 1,450' dbl wide HOME IN GATED COMMUNITY. (Still some older units, yuk, but some slowly going away). Family community, generally verrry quiet. Boulder Hwy nearby can get a little noisy on week ends. The "Senior Pool" across from me NOT BEEN OPEN SINCE LIVING HERE! But the main/family pool open & cool fun :-) Great people working in the office to quickly assist & service crew responds immediately (vs the opposite). Every time I've had little problems, the office staff has been very professional & sincere to ensure my repair request was handled quickly. NOTE: NO SPEED BUMPS in the complex is a BIG PLUS FOR THIS SENIOR!!! It's a nice place to live overall if you're ok with this area. (Flamingo & Boulder Hwy can be colorful... if you know what I mean, lol.)

no water for more than 9 hrs....the only explanation is that the maintenance people already know.. one year later and still same problem, no water update 2/14/22. no water again. 5 hours no water, explanation "they know, but dont know what time they are going to reinstall the water"

Space rent and trailer finacning is big factor. But your own utilites, insurance and owning our own trailer, bills hit $675. 2 brm 2bath. The park is on the up and up and is fairly quite. Office staff.is an other review. Lol. 😆

Yes but I wouldn't buy there. Too many empty trailers and empty spots and the people are rude and they will increase the rent every year.
No its owned by two male partners and they wont give u the main number. They live in california
Well i know people who have been living there fot years and dont complain. However i also know that 7yrs. Ago it was great on halloween but now theres more vacancies then occupancies for some reason
