Don’t even Try to go there they’ll waste your time and your money trying to not get you in asking ridiculous requirements but all the old ladies that work in the office have their own family members Living in the gated community…. I regret so much all the time money and energy I waste on there stupid application

Beautiful, quiet, friendly park that is mostly adults. Very good location, less than a mile to Smiths grocery store as well as several fast food restaurants and 3 casinos.

It's a well kept park worth every penny. The people are wonderful! I live in Texas and if I ever moved there that's where I would be. Loved being there.
