The park manager Doreen is judge jury and hangman, she can't talk to people and loves to send warning letters and threats, with no solution just follow her rules. Hopefully owner will realize how miserable she is with the people that pay to live there and get rid of her soon.

Lived there 6 months. Was mconstantly harassed by on site assistant manager. She sat in front of my house then asked me about my colored kid. (Who was my 5 yr old granddaugter).this was the most horid living experence i have ever had in my life. R visitors got harrassed and doreen would glue tow stickers to our car window even tho we were unloading groceries or moving heavy items by vehicle. We got written up several times saying my poodle was running around all hours of the night terrorizing tenants. Which was lies since we had double fence on r p orch and in bed by 10 pm. I wouldnt suggest ever moving into this park .

Senior Mobile Home Park Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. They pre-judge you as soon as you walk in. Your neighbors constantly complain if you don't do everything exactly like everyone else. I was in the US Navy for 15 years and there was more flexibility. Office staff is unfriendly and condescending to everyone. The park is clean and roads are maintained. Unfortunately that doesn't makeup for the staff!!

Depending on the lot & mobile home size. Each lot & area of the park varies. I would call the main office to find out for sure. Have a great rest of your day.
There are units available but its a 55 and older or someone with a disability look for the number from google Good luck
How much. Is.it.to Rent there you can call me. 951-570--6966 tammy
How much is the deposit
Singles for sale and dbls for rent
I think is lower to rent than most. You have to contact the office here. I don't have the number, Google it.
Yes, homes can be bought and moved. The property is rented.
Yes it is great management !!
I believe there are rentals available. They will allow a small dog. Best bet contact the park office.
I have seen some mobiles with for rent signs. I assume all are two bedroom. Best bet is to come by and check at the office.
There are a few for sale and also some rentals. Space rent depends on a couple of factors. If the mobile is a single or double wide and if it is in the old or new part of the park. Just an example, I own a single wide in the old park and I pay $470.00 monthly. The double next to me pays $500.
Yes. But there are restrictions. Dogs must be less than 40 pounds and not agressive. No pit bulls are allowed on the premises. All must be on a leash and you are responsible to pick up after your dog.Two pets per household are allowed.
If They Have Rentals It's Usually $850-$900 A Month. Have A Good Weekend.
Virginia sprott....rents are about $810.00.
A family friend I know lives there she pays $575.00 monthly.
They don't charge a pet deposit if you're buying a property, but for rentals I'd call Maycliff for pet policies.
They will absolutely not except pit bulls. But that's fine because they do not allow fences. I have a pit as well, and this is one place that you wouldn't want any medium to large dog, period. The reason small dogs are allowed is because you can build an enclosed porch or you can easily walk your small dog in the park. If you are a senior, a nice place as far as mobile home parks that allow dogs, is those parks located off of Desert Inn and Nellis. Good luck with your dog. It's too bad that irresponsible dog owners have turned the world against the dog, instead of themselves.
Both, they have a few rentals. I own mine. Small pets are allowed. I think the rental units are 800 a month. Water, sewer and trash are included in all rentals.
It's a senior citizen mobile home park. You can order cable but it's not set up wi-fi for the park, you do it individually.
