A very nice place to live good people good Services plenty of the amenities, they have swimming pool for you to enjoy during the summer time, Leo is the manager, this place is pet friendly but you do have to register your pets with the front office and it's $25 for each animal. They only have one maintenance man there so it's very hard to get any kind of work done on your place that you need right now.

A really nice Mobile home Park , they have security gates to get in and to leave and they work most of the time but sometimes they're broken and the gates are left wide open, it's children friendly and animal friendly but you have to pay a fee to have your animals there it's $25 per animal. They have a park for kids to play in with swings and slides and jungle gym they also have basketball court and they also have a swimming pool but no lifeguard on duty.

It was a good place to rent or live before the office takeover and the new management came in. Once the new manager came in, we started being harassed for very small details. The manager keeps pointing out small weeds that aren't even noticeable and threatens to fine us if not removed. In addition to this, we installed a doggy door and we have a back yard that's completely fenced off, yet he threatened to call the pound and fine us if the dogs kept using the doggy door the way it is supposed to be used. The ironic part is that the rest of the community is starting to look like trash meanwhile he picks at our home and harasses us about small things. I've tried contacting the office already, but they always negate my efforts. Buy somewhere else! Not worth 700 dollars a month to be harassed!
