It’s horrible doing business with USPS This place need to be re staffed Jesús This please is always awful like this . Check my pictures out ! Everyday sake line, PLUS reaching the counter and have the worst services ever from the agents. Not sure if this is horrible because us goverment building or because the Managment team is not doing what they supposed to. Some people don't love what they do and just come to work because the check and the bills they need to pay ... all those should be along with the love and passion to work and to help others ...

April was really helpful with me about my missing mail, S Rainbow USPS got it but when I went there they told me it was in W Russell USPS and I was just going around 3 post offices but when I went to Decatur USPS luckily she helped me and called someone in rainbow to and make sure it was there and they got it..

This place certainly gets busy, but there are three very friendly and patient workers who do their best to keep the attitude positive and the line moving along. Although they certainly move as fast as can be expected for a government entity, they can't help if the customers don't know what they need, and are completely unprepared to help themselves!

A photocopy of the identity documents also must accompany the passport application.
They mail them out customer must have all information filled out
The supervisor at 1801 Decatur is a joke. She needs to be retrained on how customer service is done or demoted because she doesn't have a clue what she's doing. I waited for 30 at her window and she never came out to speak to me. Two different employee's went and told her I was waiting to talk to her and she never even came up to see what I wanted. I also had to wait 6 weeks to get a mailbox key after I was told it would be there in 7 to 10 days. That post office needs a new supervisor or it should be shut down. It's that bad.
No it does not need to be unsealed. You just have to answer the question is anything liquid, fragile, parishable, hazardous, lithium batteries, perfume or Mercury inside. When you're at the counter.

Wouldn't surprise me at all.
Customer service is not what it used to be sorry about that. There are still people out there who still have respect for others.
small $70 fir 6 months and the next one up is like $110 every 6 months
You can go to your local post office or apply online usps.com if u don't want to wait in the line.
the one between Sahara and Oakey on Decatur...address is 1801 S Decatur Blvd
It's in the south east corner of fantastic parking lot. Can NOT see it from Decatur.
The U.S. Postal Service job, is to deliver mail including junk mail to the address on the mail! How does the post office know, if you are not at that address on the mail! If somebody else received your mail, how does the post office know that! If the person at that address does not give your your mail back to them and tell them! How does the post office know that! They would return the mail to sender If, the person or persons gave your mail back to them and said does not reside here anymore! This might surprise you, but, most of the postal workers are honest and diligent! Some of their customers are crooks, but the post office workers are not mind readers!!
There is a general delivery address where mail goes to the post office on Lake Mead Blvd. Stop in there for more information.
Business hours is Monday thru Friday about mailboxes and services. They have a kiosk, too
You can also send next day or over night. For a larger fee.
