Someone scanning packages is stealing from me. 3rd time today. I put a tracker in the package this time and it says our for delivery but tracker still at usps. I’m coming up there shortly. Someone’s losing their job.

They changed the box in my community without advanced warning, and made me unable to access my mail until I picked up a key from them. Then they literally had a line of 15 people where none of them were being helped at the door specifically for this was shut without people being helped. I work 17 hours a day and it looks like I'm about to waste 3 of my sleep hours waiting for these slow people who do not care about their customers. We really should shut down the usps and privatize this service, it might cost more but customer satisfaction would be better

My package left this distribution center about a week ago ship with priority shipping. It’s supposed to be delivered to Phoenix, AZ. For whatever reason, it went to Salt Lake City, UT. The tracking status has updated three times since last night to different time stamps as to when it departed SLC. What is the point of priority shipping when your package leaves LV on Monday and on Friday, it left SLC? How did it end up in SLC anyway? Not sure but really unreliable. Waste of money on priority shipping.

Maintenance is only on our zip code once a week so depending on when repair call was made it may take two weeks. To pick up mail ring door bell at the dutch door in the lobby you wont need to go threw the line

Proof you live at the adress, either a lease, or proof of ownership, just a driver's license don't work anymore.
You need to find out which post office is your post office for.your area then bring your ID you will get it that way gl.
Post office I believe is open till 3 on Saturday
