My mail is sent here from out of state to get sorted and recently I have been getting items stolen out of my boxes and repackaged. I hope the person doing that likes felony charges and jail time.
Im currently at this location and tried calling them. No ring. Nothing at all. They’re not even aware of the calls coming in. Don’t waste your time

2 missing packages at this location...Someones a mail theft at this location...Says delivered at 7:30 in the am...when they deliver mall on my street at 2-3 o'clock daily....

During Christmas they do early morning parcel runs. So if it was delivered at 7:30.....it was delivered at 7:30

Visit your nearest postal office. Stand in the line labeled keys, pickup. Have ID and proof of address. They will put in the request to re key your mailbox and hold your mail. You will have to go every so often to get your mail and check if the keys are available. It takes about 2 weeks.

That can be as early as 3PM, depending on how far away it is. It depends on the origin and destination. For the USPS, most cut-off times are 3 PM, and 5 PM.
