Moved into Chestnut street in July and I really enjoy it here. Lindsay has been great and super hopeful from day one. I had some small maintenance issues and they were addressed quickly by the maintenance staff.

Jesus and Lynn (maintenance) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few issues in our apartment so we submitted a maintenance request and they came by and fixed most things within 30 minutes. They then went back and came to fix the rest the next day since they had to order some parts. Overall, super nice people and good work!

The people who maintain these apartments are outsourced, there is little management on site. When I called the number, the leasing attendant didn't even know what buildings there were or what streets they're on. everyone just kept passing the bucket onto the next person. horrible first experience with these people.

Pros: Super close to both beach/boardwalk and downtown/bars. Friendly staff, responsive matainence Has a mini dog park and barbecue area Quite neighbors Has a 711 and a mini market close by Cons: Parking area is unsafe, I've seen around ten cars' windows getting smashed. You have to do street parking to avoid that. During tourist season trains come by like 6 times a day and they horn a lot
