I had a Family member who was living there until she passed & conditions were not good. Awful food & never enough staff. Had to launder her sheets every week & bring cleaning products sometimes because there was never enough staff to do the sanitizing even when they promised things that never happened. Too expensive for what you get—pathetic!

My wife and I have been here since April 2019. The food is excellent, the facility is exactly what we expected, the staff is great. We also have a dog who really enjoys our patio and grass area. Great place to live out our lives together even with Alzheimer's. Thanks to everyone who made this possible for us.

My dad was in the hospital for 30 days before moving to Tallgrass Skilled nursing. At Tallgrass he received exceptional care, both his opinion and mine. They were attentive to his needs and knew exactly how to handle his sarcastic sense of humor. The security staff at the gate was very professional, polite, courteous and always made me feel welcome. I felt the same about the the concierge staff. Nursing staff and the rehabilitation staff, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy were unbelievably skilled and got my dad to cooperate and do what he needed to do to get better. In a short period of time all of the staff was able to relate to him and gain his trust and appreciation. It was amazing that after only 4 or 5 days at Tallgrass we could see remarkable progress. The assistance we received from the social worker made his stay and his transition much easier, very professional. I've never before had to experience this with a family member. It's hard, but, I can't think of anything this facility could have done to make it easier for Dad and the family. Obviously, I would highly recommend this facility.

My parents moved into Tallgrass three years ago and it continues to be an excellent decision. There are always activities and events, it is extremely secure, clean and updated, and the dining is excellent. The staff really cares about the residents. I highly recommend Tallgrass Creek!

It depends on the floor plan. I thought it was very expensive. With a $300+K buyin and $3000+ per month.
They do have assisted & nursing care but it is primarily senior independent living.

Spectrum provides all phone & internet for the complex. Each resident has their own account with Spectrum.
Call the Front desk, they have a list of nearby hotels offering a discount for those visiting Tallgrass Creek.
