High Turn-Over amongst Teachers - Management is rude, unappreciative, and demeaning towards their teachers. - Teachers are underpaid, forced to stay late, etc. - Children have little consistency due to high turnover - Low-pay for teachers while charging astronomical rates. Save your money and find a reputable babysitter instead. I would insist the ownership group of these locations take some time to view their operation from inside the four-walls. Smoke & mirrors are great for creating 5-Star reviews from unsuspecting parents, but when your kids have less consistency in the classroom than anywhere else that would seem to be an issue.

We love Primrose! Michelle and the rest of the management team are very responsive and genuinely care about the development of our children. Curriculums are very interactive and engaging. Low staff turnover ensures the consistency that our kids love.

I cannot say enough great things about Primrose School of Overland Park! My daughter has attended this school for 3 years and we couldn’t be happier. The school provides a safe environment, wonderful structure, tons of student -lead learning and exploration, a rich curriculum, clear communication and much more. All teachers and staff members are amazing, and the directors are truly outstanding! This school is so warm and welcoming, and I know my daughter is happy and well taken care of! I HIGHLY recommend this school!

100% recommend Overland Park Primrose. The administration is better than I could have ever imagined. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I had such silly mom questions and they never made me feel judged, they never rushed me off the phone, always answered my questions with confidence and reassurance. The extent that the administration and teachers go to so that parents and children feel comfortable is remarkable. I cannot imagine sending my child anywhere else. To be able to trust and know your child is in perfect hands is priceless. The first week everyone was calling my daughter by her first name and not just her teacher, everyone was!! It’s the little things and Primrose nailed them all! I cannot thank them enough, hands down the BEST and I am a pretty picky mama ;)
