Does anyone know how to get a bill reviewed? They charged more than double what I was quoted and then never sent a bill so I could see this otherwise I would have stopped my treatment. The staff was top notch. There 3rd party billing is terrible! They were not truthful when they told me the cost.

To start the timeline for how long my mom was going to be there kept changing. The case manager was very rude and didn’t explain what she was saying fully causing tension between us. I have no idea what happened but my mom left worse than when she arrived, she used to be able to go to assisted living and now she is getting denied at evaluations. My mom has TBI from a seizure she had in February 2020 but couldn’t go anywhere for over a year. She went to the rehab without tremors, able to feed herself, change her clothes, stand for at least 10mins, Pivot transport with one person as help , able to tell when she’s gotta go to the bathroom, take a few steps, very cognitively strong, able to speak clearly, balance/coordinate , and have spacial recognition. She’s able to do NONE of that anymore after 2 weeks in RHOP. Now she’s being denied stays and gone completely down hill because it all started with RHOP. She was not allowed in the brain program, they just collected the insurance money and kicked her out with no care to her progress. I don’t believe malice was done by the medical workers but I don’t think the right information was passed down to treat her. I’m furious they undid many months of hard work by at home rehab that did WAY better and more caring. We were sold that this place was an intense therapy, that’s a joke from the results I got with my mom, the home rehab was more aggressive and did more. I gave them vitamins and Azo pills, they lost them and never gave them to my mom. The stay is so short at RHOP THEY DON’T CARE if you’re progressing, they’re getting paid. This place is a SCAM!!! Now my mom is suffering more because they just wanted to collect insurance money

Go somewhere else. This may be alright for very minor rehab but not anything major. My mother in law is currently here. Staff sucks even though many are pleasant. It is not a good feeling to realize your fragile family member has been turned over to mostly incompetent people. No case worker until 5th day. Did not contact anyone when they moved her to a different room. No clarity on ANYTHING! Bad choice IMO. Bad choices at this point is very costly to the patients well being and ability to recover from major surgery and injury. Called the 717 # and no one answered and no message.

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. The PT, OT, speech, nursing ,CNA,s case managers, doctors, nurse practitioners, housekeeping, and the concierge all exceed my expectations. We have had some really legal issues with two places so this was an amazing place for my mom. Tiffany is wonderful and helped me get my mom on Crossroads hospice so I will have help. Everyone there does amazing work. I felt like I had emotional support from many of you. The concierge, a housekeeper talked with me a few times. I wish I knew everyone name. You're all amazing!!
