Two weeks back, on a Friday evening, my son ended up bursting the skin on his chin open and we had to rush him to urgent care. It was the worst kind of tear, one which ended up with 14 stitches. Doctor Johnson and Nurse Practitioner Sarah K were the best thing that happened to us that day. The doctor explained the whole process patiently and did this surgery very carefully and delicately. The nurse was constantly communicating and helping my kid feel at ease. This has always been our go-to place for urgent care and will be in future too, as long as they have such talented and caring staff!

I had the WORST experience here. The nurse or nurse practitioner Christine Thomas went against all my requests. Then I walk out to hear her on the phone belittling me, after about 4-5 mins of listening her talk bad about me.. another nurse had to tap her on the shoulder to let her know I was standing there listening. I have reported her, I would not recommend there, or at least request not having her as your nurse.

We had a wonderful experience here. The woman at the desk was sweet, the nurse was wonderful and Heather, our ARNP was the absolute best. We got into KC late from out of town and showed up 10 minutes before closing time and still got the best care. If we lived here, this would definitely be our spot for immediate care needs.

My husband and I have been here 3 times the most recent being last night and have always had a wonderful experience. Never have had to wait long and the doctors have always been so nice and very knowledgeable and diagnosed our son within minutes when another urgent care couldn’t.
