Loved the atmosphere & the food. Prices were fairly reasonable for the portions. We sat at the bar and had great service from Shana. My husband and I shared the jumbo lobster roll and the fried oyster basket. Perhaps the best fried oysters either of us have ever had and a very delicious lobster roll.

Food was amazing, literally couldn't stop eating my wife's lobster bisque. Haddock and whole clams were top notch. Coleslaw was great, and I'm critical of most coleslaws. Fries were good as well. Nothing but praise for this establishment. Exceptional service all around.

I would recommend eating at Petey's if you're in the area. We both got the lobster which was a fun experience, albeit expensive. The atmosphere is typical seaside restaurant affair and the staff is really friendly. Most of the menu is reasonably priced, but the lobster is obviously going to be pretty steep. If you've never eaten lobster before, they have great placemats with instructions. This was quite helpful for us novices.

Petey's on the ocean boulevard is a place for locals. We had the luck to find one last seat. The seafood place that is open when ever you need it. They don't do a winter break - we were eating some delicious lobster roll and various seafood dishes in February. There is a parking lot with enough space. Service staff is humble and very human. Is is a good stop when driving up to Maine or the mountains of Vermont.

If you happen to be there during peak hours, park on the left side after the bridge. Just obey the parking signs.
It's been covered above. All restaurant in New Hampshire that we've eaten at have been Covid safe! Get out and live, and give bigger tips to your food servers.

Petey's will reopen Sunday the 29th. Deck is closed for the winter. Yes they have been closed foe the week for renovations. I got this information from my daughter Cynthia that works there.
According to their website, 1990. I'm not sure why relevant but you should check them out, very good food, portions and price. Friendly staff too!
