From the moment that we walked into the dealership we were pleasantly greeted. Our sales lady Gina was most helpful and very pleasant with our decision making. We never felt pressured at any point during our time spent there. As my husband and I were sitting and waiting, we were watching the other sales people with their clients and we thought this is the place to buy a vehicle. We can honestly say that Gina made buying a vehicle a very pleasant experience for the first time in purchasing a vehicle. We definitely would recommend this dealership.

The staff were very polite and overall friendly with my husband and I. Gina made our experience the best we have had in buying a vehicle. Ordered my truck almost 3 months ago was told it wouldn't be in for almost 5 months so I was pleased to find out it came early. Unfortunately from the time I ordered it and it came some unfortunate circumstances happened that changed some numbers on the sale there were nobody's fault but unfortunately it was going to make the payments more than I was willing to pay and afford. For a day Brian went out of his way to make this sale work back to the original pricing and numbers It did include jumping through some hoops but they made it work in the end. I was extremely happy with the whole experience This is my third truck lease from East Syracuse Chevy. Of course I will do business with them again thanks again Brian

As you're facing the double door it's on the right side of the building down by the single overhead door.
If by "time buyer" you mean that you borrowed money on the car and still owe money and the car, then yes, they did that for me.
Luis, you'll have to talk to the dealer. We are volunteers who have done business with that dealer and try to help. We do not work for the dealer. However, if you have a warranty question, I wouldn't wait. I would act quickly (call them).
