I have seen Dr Tracey at this practice twice. Both times my experience was extremely positive. Dr Tracey is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Her friendly demeanor immediately puts you at ease. Rachel, her nurse, was informative, most pleasant and had a good sense of humor. Wait time to be seen upon arrival was minimal. I see one of the dermatologists at the practice. I recently started going for monthly facials. Theresa is awesome. I specifically chose her because of her experience with cystic acne. I have gone 3 times so far and my skin looks so much better. It looks smoother and healthier. I highly recommend giving a facial a try!

I can’t say enough about the staff at Empire and the quality of people skills that exemplify the outstanding team that they have there. Dr. Raphael dealt with my malignant melanoma in a such a professional manner. His ability to sit and speak with my wife and I on the process and the outcome was the best that I have ever dealt with. I was sent there by two special friends and I am so glad I did!!!! I highly recommend Empire Dermatology and their friendly, professional staff.

I have never felt more welcomed into a doctor's office in my life as I did for my first appointment at Empire Dermatology! Everyone was so nice, welcoming and helpful. They thanked me twice for waiting for them even though it wasn't too long of a wait at all. The nurse was very thorough, very kind and listened to everything I said. Dr. Tracey was no different. Very professional, kind, attentive and listened to everything I had to say before making her suggestion on a solution to my issues. She asked my opinion on the suggestion and gave me some samples to try before I buy! That was beyond the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
