I took a chance and let someone refer me here. 1st to a neck nurse practioner which resulted in multiple MRIs for an issue that had always been in my neck. Then I was referred to a nurse practioner for my hands and arms being numb. That was like a 15 min consultation telling me it was likely cubital tunnel syndrome and I needed a nerve study. That would be another month before I could have that scheduled. It took a month and a half to get to the scheduled apt for the nerve study which was re-scheduled out another 3 weeks when the provider took emergency vacation. The follow-up apt would have to be moved as well and that was the last straw. I called back when they asked me to reschedule only to wait forever on the phone and be transferred someone who hung up on me. I have asked to be referred elsewhere. The practice is way too big for its size if staff and is terrible with communication not to mention they just keep shuffling you around from np to np with no results all the while you are paying for the apts and tests that keep getting pushed out further.

I do not understand the low ratings from a lot of people. It must be the provider that they are seeing. My experience is that I wait no longer then 15 minutes to be called in. The total time for the visit is usually 2 hours or less and that is determined by how many questions I ask. Dr. Tallarico and his staff are fabulous. They take all the time that a patient needs to feel comfortable about their situation. Hope you never need them but if you do you'll be in good hands.

This practice has grown TOO LARGE to be patient friendly. My wife recently had a knee replacement. We are unable to talk to a person, everything is done by voice mail and calls take days to be returned. The care of people appears to secondary to billable hours and the convenience of the Doctor. The skill of the Doctors is clearly top notch but patient care is very poor.

At your next appointment ask your doctor for a note stating you have a metal knee, and you can laminate it and wear it around your neck!

The nurse should call you before the scheduled appointment after which the doctor should get on! If you're not sure give them a call and they will walk you through the process!
They do have them. Either talk to your primary care Doctor or your Specialist to arrange.
No they are closed on the weekend. If this is urgent, try SOS on Widewaters Parkway - i think they have an urgent care option on Saturdays 9 to noon
Open at 7 am believe they have after hrs walk in clinic too
