Walked in with no appointment and wasn't sure if I needed one. Come to find out you do but they still were able to squeeze my son in in-between regulars. Well he got in the chair and was about to get his cut on when the actual appointment walked in so he had to get down. They said it was just his warm up.lol (he did get his hair cut) It was nice that they joked with him and interacted with everyone and he with them. It was the best experience that we have ever had at a barber shop. Sam would change the tv channel from golf to cartoons when a little one (not mine) and my son where getting their hair cuts. When we were leaving my son turned to me and said Dad that was the best time i have ever had getting a hair cut. You have always told me what a "real" barber shop was like and i finally got to experience it. So thank you Sam and to your staff for making my son's day and for letting us walk in like we did that day. We will definitely be making an appointment and going back.

Best barbers in CNY! Consistent, professional and personable. I stopped going here for nearly 5 years because I was out of the area, when I returned Sam still remembered how I liked my haircut.
