Been in this building once or twice. Impressive looking structure. It has been vacant for the last couple years, ever since the state government abandoned it. Really wish they would hurry up and figure out what to do with it.

Are the going to tear it down? Leave 3 floors? Interesting mid century building with power plant under it. Could be a park or someone could build a couple more Dillon type Italian Renaissance homes in its place?

Sorry, I cannot assist you with that question. Since most of the building has basically shutdown - YOU might have to seek other references to get your answers. I know for a FACT that if you physically go to the building - the City has posted permanent flyers on the Windows informing the general public what to do if you have questions.
