Many dressed to try how ever alot we're alot alike or same in different color and not many in sizes over like 7 and made my teen who a size 13-16 feel unhappy and no one ever even asked if we needed help and we were there hours and tookany dresses n and out trying them on w no help

A shout out to the Topeka Dillard’s employee in the children’s department, a young woman whose name I didn’t catch (small print on store/name tag) but she reminded me a bit of Katy Perry. Very professional, polite, she approached me to see if I was finding what I needed/wanted, asked if I wanted any assistance. I took her up on her offer to help. Glad I did. She knew her department well, where everything was, showing me clothes based on what I told her I wanted. She made my shopping fast and easy. I’d picked out one pair of shoes and she got those for me but also showed me another pair from a current popular brand and I chose those instead, I liked them better, and they were less expensive. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Got everything I wanted. A one stop shop, which I consider a huge plus. Thank you for all your help!
