I have never been so satisfied with a company as I was with The Waterbed Doctor. My sales rep was Jerry. He was professional, responsive and attentive. I have referred all of my friends and family. The bedroom I chose was exceptional!! The quality of the products were very high quality and more than I expected. I’ve not had such a comfortable nights sleep in a very long time. I’m an older person and on a conventional mattress, I have woken with neck and hip pain, slowly to recover throughout the morning. Not with this fabulous waterbed mattress! Thank you all so much! Very happy customer here!!

Amazing customer service! Had a leak in one of our bladders and could not find any store or person in my area to help. Found what I needed on the Website but called to confirm that I am getting the right bladders for our bed. All my questions were answered and I ordered over the phone. Owner put a note for warehouse to please ship asap as we were without a bed. Ordered on Monday and received bladders today (Thursday). Highly recommend and website has been saved for future purchases. Thank You!

Poor Quality Products!!! I have owned waterbeds my entire life and have never even seen one that was not solid wood until The Waterbed Doctor. The whole thing is PLYWOOD, even the sideboards and they don't even have enough layers in their plywood to equal one of the sideboards from my old bed. They say they use old world craftsmanship, but thats a lie, old world craftsmen use REAL SOLID WOOD. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy furniture from the Waterbed Doctor because it is ALL PLYWOOD. I purchased a pedestal and nightstands and a dresser, none of it is solid wood. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

After a recent experience with a leaking mattress and The Waterbed Doctor’s response, I highly recommend them because they stood behind their warranty. We purchased the mattress in 2017 and when we noticed a small pool of water in the corner of the liner while changing the sheets, we began tracing its origin. After soaking up the water with a bath towel, we placed a paper towel between the corner seam of the mattress and the liner and soon noticed a small wet spot on the paper towel. From past experience we learned how Flex Tape can temporarily halt or slow a leak, so we purchased a roll and applied a piece to the corner seam where we thought it was leaking. This initially worked at slowing the leak, but within a few days we had more water. At this point I contacted The Waterbed Doctor to ask if the mattress was still under warranty. I explained that we no longer had the receipt or the warranty information. The person with whom I spoke was very helpful, found our account, and informed me that, yes, the mattress was still under warranty for seam leaks. She explained the return process--that I needed to purchase a new mattress, cut out a ‘leak strip’ from the old mattress that included the mattress label and the corner of the mattress where it was leaking, ship them the ‘leak strip’ (at my expense), that they would confirm the leak in the corner seam, and, upon that confirmation, refund my purchase price of the new mattress minus the cost of shipping the new mattress. I followed their instructions and mailed the strip. After a couple of weeks went by without hearing from them (the holidays), I contacted them on the status of my refund, only to initially hear that they could not find the leak in the corner seam that I sent and that they were going to send it over to the manufacturer for a closer look, who, likewise, could not confirm the leak. After several conversations with The Waterbed Doctor staff, they agreed to refund the purchase price of the new mattress, as the warranty states, even though they could not confirm the leak. I especially want to thank Marty Pojar for his willingness to return my phone calls and work toward a resolution of this issue. It is for these reasons that we will continue to purchase products from The Waterbed Doctor and why we highly recommend them to others. Brad McAdon Olive Branch, MS

Can I use Blue Magic "waterbed conditioner" with water beds that have mattress tubes? If so, how many oz of the conditioner should be added per tube?

2 Cap full of conditioner for each tube should provide 6 months of treatment. We do sell conditionering tablets for tubes style beds which is much easier to add. Order online at the below link. https://www.thewaterbeddoctor.com/detail.aspx?ID=3322
