All though it is semi clean the staff is very rude and will kick you out of the mat if your laundry isn't done by exactly closing (10pm). I left with wet clothes even though i paid for dryer time already. First time i understood because i was late to wash and had not paid or started my clothes in the dryers yet. Staff said "Ruth will cut the electricity lines 7 minutes passed closing". They offered me trash bags....i spent over 20 bucks doing my laundry to leave with wet clothes. They could have let me at least finish the time i paid for but no. They literally had me pull out my clothes.... it wouldn't have took long, except the dryers don't get hot and the washing machines suck. My clothes did not rinse well enough and felt like dried up detergent...itchy to the skin. I'd rather go to where the crack heads wash then this horribly ran establishment. Second time here is the last. Garbage washing machines and horrible staff. TRASH!

Rip offs. The vending machine took my money and gave me nothing. I told the woman working and she said any problems with the machines I had to fill out a form and they will mail me my refund. It was my last dollar and i was expecting to use the changr to dry my load of clothes and she would not refund me. I had to bag up my clothes wet and leave with them like that. I have never been to a laundromat that did not give you back the money that their machines ate up. Horrible policy. By the number of refund requests attached to the office door it looks like this type of thing happens all the time here.
