It is always a pleasure to go there. The staff are great! Dean is awesome he once helped me get a gift for my wife during full pandemic! The rest of the staff are great also! They strive to get you a good deal. Highly recommend!

I was here about a year ago looking at some engagement rings. They asked for my personal information to see if I would be preapproved for a credit card with them to tell me what limit I would have on the card. I saw no harm in that. However I left the store and a few months later I had received a credit card from Kay's along with other documents detailing my account information. What the hell? I never authorized to have a credit card be opened in my name. They were supposed to just give me the details if i was approved. The employees went ahead and opened it anyways. Ridiculous.

I would give 0 starts if I could!!! I purchased a men's wedding ring online and was told by customer service that if the size was wrong to simply go in and have a new one ordered in store to make an exchange. My fiance went in to do. He was told that he had to purchase a new ring IN FULL and when that ring came in they would refund him the money. After that they said "this is what we will do for you. Put down 20% and we will refund that when the new ring comes in" All this for an EXCHANGE IN SIZE!!!! I called customer service and they were amazing. They called the store and basically told them all they had to do was return the other ring, put that on a gift card and use that to purchase the new ring. (Anyone is customer service would know that!) They continued to fight with them and my fiance saying that there was a 25 dollar difference in store than on line and asked who was going to pay that? Customer Service gave them a code to use to cover the cost. To Top this all off when I called customer service the lady in store STRAIGHT UP LIED and said my fiance didn't have the ring with him!!! He did, in fact they held the ring while he went to lunch so I could call customer service corporate!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!
