Nora, “The owner/manager” I hope you get treated everywhere you go; the same way you treated me… Just that. I loved the attention from all the staff besides this old lady. She told me very rude to get another pediatrician, so guess what?… :) :) Things happen for a reason.

zero points, if you have a child with a disability, and is assisted by The Department of Exceptional Student Education, this medical office is not for your child. They should educate themselves and not question, because it is a frequent diagnosis at school age. Here I had to discuss my son's diagnosis with a Non-Medical representative, she imposed her criteria above the medical criteria, violating all confidentiality criteria and also she was very rude. Years ago I gave my authorization and information to obtain medical records of my son in another state with diagnosis and treatment for speech pathology, but they never requested it; In any case, it is inexcusable to go for more than 3 years with Dr. Bravo and she was not able to diagnose something like speech impairment and then when I put all formal evaluations on the table, with diagnosis and Individualized Education Program by speech pathology specialists from Miami Dade Department of Education; the doctor and the non-medical staff (authoritatively) questioned me because I never talked about this to the doctor, please, my son grew up visiting this office every 6 months or less, this is a difficulty that anyone can detect in my son with such just talk. Finally, during the scheduled appointment to discuss the problem and request assistance to improve my son's condition, Dr. Bravo did not even say hello to my son, that was not prudent, because with a small conversation to evaluate the child and professionalism We would not have gone through such an unfortunate situation when I was looking for support to improve my son's condition. Ultimately the office Non-Medical representative diagnosed my son with a Speech Delay and not Speech Impairment as documented by two SLP evaluations (this is not a satire), this was too bad to be true.

One of the worst experience ever, don’t go here if you want to waste your time and your children time, long time waiting’s to see the doctors, one doctor per shift, so expect to be there +2hours per visit, and the main doctor Belkis Bravo (also de Maneger of the place) is rude, have no patience and doesn’t know how to work with kids.

Potentially the worst experience of my life. Staff is slow, they raise their voice when in disagreement, and the manager verbally insulted us and refused to see our baby. Having a relationship with doctor Belkis Romero of numerous years, it was most offensive not being able to speak to her to clarify the disagreement. Manager told us to go elsewhere, when we most needed to be seen. They denied us shots our baby desperate needed, and because of that unprofessionalism, I mist rate them “worst practice in Miami” Customer service is ZERO!
