Amazed with the service I received from Jennifer I went during my lunch break thinking my glasses needed adjustment instead they needed to be replaced, right away Jennifer contacted Tony in the Kendall branch and did everything to help me replace my frame within minutes. I left so happy we need more ppl like Jennifer you don’t find ppl with beyond excellent customer service. Thank you Jennifer !!!

I took my daughter for an eye exam and purchase of contact lenses. Dr. Garcia who performed the exam was nice, attentive and waited for us although we arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic. But the store attendant's service was very disappointing. I had many questions because it was my first time using my employer's vision insurance and Camille was very impatient, ironic and passive aggressive in answering my questions. When I asked about the number of lenses and duration of the product she explained to me like I was a 5-year-old that we have 2 eyes: right and left. That was hardly my question, but for some reason, she made a point in mistreating me. I wish Lopez Optical on Coral Way accepted my current insurance or I would have never exchanged their friendly service (and good prices) for what I experienced in Visionworks.

The customer service was fantastic! All the staff members are helpful and friendly especially Alicia The optometrist was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place! Alicia was patient and helped me pick out the perfect Sunglasses for my needsShe also mentioned to me additional benefits that I wasn't aware off which landed me in getting a second pair free of charge.
