Very convenient online ordering and in store pick up within hours so far all employees are very nice even when there is a long line never rude this big lots is very organized

I like the store, but they often don't have in stock what my "home" store Big Lots has -and good luck trying to get help from staff on the floor...they can't speak English! I finally found what I was looking for one day after the woman who wasn't literate in English stocking shelves said "no have!" Smh

I drove all the way from La Verne to this store because it had the items on clearance I was looking for. This store also has furniture which my local store doesn't have. I didn't buy any furniture, but it's good to know they offer it. It was worth the drive to get these clearance items plus I had a 20% coupon.

I've seen mattresses, I'm sure they have queen size. It's the most commonly used size.
Not all big lots but the ones that do, yes... huge.
Masks, 6ft distancing, dividers at checkout, regular cleaning.
