I normally don't write reviews but today's mediocre visit to Dave and Busters inspired me to leave a one star review. Our family of 8 came here tonight to celebrate our nephew's 11th birthday, by his request. To say the least, it was a huge disappointment. Our server must have had a bad day and decided to share his less than pleasant attitude with us. The food order was delivered substantially late and when my salad finally arrived it was slathered with dressing (when I ordered and requested the dressing on the side). I ended up canceling my salad order because frankly I had lost my appetite by then. When we asked to speak to a manager to express our concerns, he listened and offered a pretty generic apology. We tried to make the best of it for my nephew's sake, but I will not be returning to this location. And I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to avoid this place!

Unfortunately as a first time experience this was a very lacking experience... the menu items have apparently been affected by covid like everything else. The salad, chicken and salmon were all burned... yes I said the salad was burned. It was horrible. Once we sent back 2 plates and a beer it was enough to ask for the check and leave. The plus was our server and the garlic fries.

Our server jazmin was great, fast service and friendly. The young manager by the name of Marcos was awesome. He greeted us as soon as we sat down, and was nice to help me out on how to order thru my phone. We received our order fast, hot and fresh. My son loved his cheeseburger and the wings were crispy. Overall great experience. Thank you Jazmin and Marcos for your great customer service. Definitely coming back to this D&B!

Came here for a birthday party. 🎂 they don't do birthdays anymore. Just have to buy a cake. Had ordered a Mushroom burger. And bbq ribs. Enjoyed the burger. It was very juicy and the cheese was smothered all over the meat. Yum.mm bbq ribs felt a little bitter. It was good but it was missing just a little bit of love. The place doesn't get too crowded. The games are available for those who want to play. Other than that. Its 👍 👌 oh also its easier to pay through the phone with QR code than with servers, manually.

Dave & Busters is a franchise but it is also a business. They are normally very busy so they cannot take care of everyone.

Yes, your play card stores all your chips (money) and tickets until they are spent. You also dont have to worry about buying a new one since you're able to "recharge" aka put more money in it via the front desk or an automated kiosk!
