Lady who took my information pretty much tried to belittle me because I have no insurance and look like a mess due to going from work for an injury, just because I look like trash because I am a construction worker , does not mean I can't pay what you charge, will never visit again

There was a male nurse who help treat me during urgent care assessment. He was really nice, professional and empathetic. I appreciate there COVID protocols (outdoor waiting area).

The front desk is very cold and unhelpful. Did not get the chance to talk to any doctor through her. On the phone the front desk only said “your doctor is not here until next Monday”. “Our other doctors do not give advice on the phone”. Very bad experience.
