I bought my Coach prescription sun glasses at LensCrafters in Arcadia last June. I love them. But in the last few months one of the lenses kept falling out. I returned each time and a technician at LensCrafters would pop it back in and tighten the frame. Yesterday a lens fell out again and when I went back they told me the screw was stripped and it wouldn’t stay tight. But my glasses were now out of warranty. The technician checked my history and saw that I had been back several times for the same problem and told me that she would honor my warranty and replace the frame (she had the same Coach frame in stock) for a nominal cost. She took my prescription lenses out of my defective glasses, put them into the new frames and told me to have a great day! SHE made it a great day! This was so refreshing! To find a competent, experienced, kind and accommodating service professional (so rare these days) who took the time to solve my problem - without me making any request or demand except “help!” They stand by their product and their customer! I am a LensCrafters customer for life! My wonderful service person was Ashlee. Thank you Ashlee!

Excellent Service at LensCrafters . Kelsey was extremely polite and helpful. She even helped me check my eyes again with the eye charts with my new glasses/sunglasses. My experience at the LensCrafters in Santa Anita Mall has been very pleasant .

Waleed is the very best!!! He was busy but never made me feel like he wasn't giving me his full attention. He was knowledgeable & made sure I got the best deal on my glasses whether it was via my insurance or the store's own sales/promotion. Then 7 months later when I lost my receipt for my HSA, he emailed me a copy!! I, also, noticed the other associates were nice & helpful. Also great selection of glasses! Highly recommend!

This was my first time ever going to LensCrafters. Prior to this I had just gone to Costco. However, I had the best experience here. Far better than what I was used to. The minute I walked into the store I was politely greeted by one of the representatives there. Kassandra was incredibly helpful, patient and upbeat. She suggested a few styles which I really liked and ultimately ended up purchasing. She was also kind enough to straighten out my old worn out glasses as I didn’t even realize they were crooked. I ended up buying 3 pairs of glasses including the pair I originally went in there to get (RayBan New Wayfarer). I would highly recommend anyone here that’s in the market for some new glasses or even some prescription sunglasses. Ask for Kassandra, she’s the best!

You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
