No one was at the counter when I try to use the bathroom to wash my hands before ordering food the bathroom was out of order oh well I guess you don't want business? Not one person was inside the restaurant☹️🤐

It was terrible. I've been going there for years and it has been going downhill recently. They forced me to pay for food I did not want because the manager was not there to take it off even though a supervisor was present. Food still came in cold, and prices have gone up like crazy. Will not be coming here ever again.

Came here late night with my girlfriend, in Hope's of getting a bunch of food lol. After arriving and asking for thick burgers they said they did not have those, spicy chickens, or several drink selections. It was around 9 or 10 so I think they just looked at the cook and were either busy cleaning or just didnt want the hassle. We left empty handed.

Ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich from the drive through window; after eating half the sandwich found out it was completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Not sure how a fast food restaurant can't even figure out how to deep fry chicken, but there it is. The cashier said I had to come back in a couple of days for them to fix it because the manager doesn't work weekends, which is just adding insult to injury.
