First and foremost.....thank you to My salesman, Morris who took care of me and explained himself well with all his patience he had with me 🤣. He didn't try to put me in a car that I wanted. The management was really nice and took time to answer any concerns I had. From all the places I've been trying to find a car, this location just made it a breeze and didn't sell me a lemon 🥰🥰🥰 I love my new Chrysler 300 and would recommend anyone to this place of business!! I contacted my bank for a trade in and I was able to get approved same day. i didn't get the traded vehicle til 2 days later but that's only because they had to transport it from a different location to the one at El Cajon. Dima was very helpful, very patient, and even when I switched vehicles, they worked with me with no problem. The whole process was smooth and I didn't had to stay 6 hours or more trying to get a vehicle. Would definitely come back when it is time to trade in my other cars!

Four stars only because the buying process took too long. The customer service was excellent, Morris, Julian and Michael were professional and considerate. They have great snacks and beverages! I found my car at a good price. FYI their cars all come with a great warranty and 7 day period to have your mechanic check out the car.

Enterprise El Cajon car sales is da truth. Ruben was awesome & so very patient working with me & my indecisiveness. I would have thrown me out, but he obliged me & assured me throughout the ordeal that it was fine making my time less stressful & showing such true genuine patience the whole time. I will reccommend their location 2 all my friends & family that are interested in purchasing a fine & well cared for used low mileage vehicle at prices that are so so affordable. A good question. They usually sell rental cars, which I bought a 2017 Camry 9/18. Decent price, no real pressure from salesperson. Traded in my 1999 Toyota 4 Runner. 87k miles, Gave me $1k. A great vehicle if resold, even though 17 years old. I would call and inquire. Used dealership in El Cajon. Took care of all required paperwork. They can also refer or let you know what they have. Good deals go quick. More than what you inquired about, but have done business with them.
If you purchased a tire hazard protection plan, you can take it into Pepboys for a tire replacement. So long as the tires were damaged on the road (i.e. a nail).
