USA Towing has always been polite, professional, and dependable with me and my family. That's truly awful that you had to have an experience like that. It definitely sounds like there could be a little more to the story. My Grams always said "There's 3 sides to every story..... Your version, their version and the truth!"

There's two sides to it. The Towing is 24 hours. The repair section is more like 8 - 5 or something like that.
