A great community with great amenities! HOWEVER, the HOA often annoys and fines homeowners for trival things.

The HOA rep harrases you when you have a rental. They record you and you guest without Vincent. After your rental you have to sweep mop and vacum (you got to be kidding) big furniture which takes up use of space.
