Ms Simone was absolutely awesome I live in Maryland my son died 8/22/22 in a car accident in Charlotte NC my son grandmother put me in touch with Ms Simone she immediately picked my son body of from the morgue and treated him like family she helped me plan the funeral as well as she bought my son home to Maryland and did the whole service she went over and beyond I was extremely pleased Ms Simone and her staff was worth every Penny and more my son looked good for his home going service he was treated with lots of love MS Simone I can’t thank you enough u took a lot off my plate I was able to mourn my son you helped me so much I’m extremely great full from the bottom of my heart

A great and warm family place of business . Simone, her daughter and staff were professional and amazing during one of the toughest times of my life. Thank you Richmond Family. I have one issue and that is make sure you have your own pastor. The pastor that stepped in was very unprofessional and I could not let him receive any praise.
