I lost my baby girl, Lola, and Faithful Companion took great care of her and me. Every staff member offered their condolences and were very gentle and compassionate when I spoke with them. Though I miss my girl, the paw print and the beautiful urn were perfect for memorializing her.

We received our beautiful Ebony's urn the very next day, as promised in a Beautiful wooden box. My experience here was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I had to make the most difficult decision any pet owners can make. I had to put my sweet pet rat Westinghouse to sleep. I knew I wanted him cremated and a set of paw prints taken, but it was a tough evening and I didn't even think to call just a few hours earlier to ask about a tail print. I was blown away when I saw the memorial stone, not only were the paw prints perfect, BUT THEY HAD A TAIL PRINT!! I don't know if they cremate a lot of rats, but they knew exactly what I would want. Thank you. I will definitely be using you for my sweet rats in the future. What a beautiful remembrance.

In regards to the transport of your dog from Baltimore to Charlotte, we looked into it and the best option is to go to a local veterinary clinic in Baltimore. They should be able to guide you in the right direction. For the burial, there is a local pet cemetery we work with in the Charlotte area called The Rainbow Bridge Pet Cemetery.
