Do not come here for anything. This is the slowest and most ghetto location. The lady do everything but complete her job. Answers the phone, stops to get water, takes people way later than their appointment time. Spent an hour and half on a appointment that should of been 30 minutes. She had the nerve to take a hour long lunch break even with people still waiting to be serviced. Just save yourself time and a stress and make your appointment at the courthouse.

Unfortunately many POs have closed down their boxes, they cite theft and vandalism as their reason.
If it is in the wall of an apartment complex, the apartment office will have the keys. If not, take a lease or purchase agreement to the post office to show you are the current resident

Children under 16 cannot renew their passports, they must reapply. The DS11 form is used, like a first time application. Bring the old passport, a copy of their birth certificate, parents picture identification. They will need new passport photos and a check or money order for the application fee. Both parents must give consent, either in person or by notarized D'S 3053 (Consent of Non-Appearing Parent)
Forms are available at the passport office or the State Department website, travel.state.gov , if you wish to fill them out in advance. No appointment required
