Prices have went up to $5 per person...which makes it more than Cinema Cafe cheaper days currently. Concessions are less than Regal & AMC but it is snack foods, not meals of course.

You have to be able to get on base, either with your own military ID or as the guest of someone with a military ID.
Military & civilian IDs are usually checked by security at the base entry gate. If your visitor has valid ID & you all are in the same vehicle you should be able to enter the base & attend your movie. If they are in a separate vehicle they will have to get a visitors pass before the visitor's center closes.

There's only one cost/no separate fee. The admission ticket is the movie ticket.
Probably not due to snow conditions. I called them and there was no answer. However, movies are listed for showing on the website. Suggest you call the base operator for additional openings and closings.
