CAUTION! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recently moved and decided to try this provider since they were closer to home. BIG MISTAKE. I had lab work done and it showed that my health had deteriorated SIGNIFICANTLY despite me explaining that I hadn't made any changes. I was dismissed and told to start drug therapy to address my new conditions. They forgot to run one very important lab so I had to go back to get more blood drawn. During the second round, they ACCIDENTALLY re-ran some of my labs (it's so important that you understand that this was done completely accidentally and because they are incredibly disorganized, not because they wanted to confirm results) and they came back completely normal (exactly like my labs from the last 3 years). They admitted that they made a mistake and said they could re-run the other labs but only if I paid for them................................I paid them for a service, they messed it up, they believe that I should repay for said service instead of actually delivering what I paid for. Avoid if you care about your health at all. I now have to pay for all services out of pocket with a new doctor because I have absolutely no idea how I'm doing health wise.

I have been going to Primecare for over twenty years. I first started out with Dr. Silberman and as the years progressed would usually be seen by a PA or another doctor. They do labs in house, x-rays and ultrasounds along with diagnostics studies. They have always been professional and Teresa who works in the lab is amazing, I have always been a hard stick the worst and she has never had to pinch me more than once! There are some nurses that may come across as rude but overall the doctors make up for it with their bedside manner. Currently I see Dr. Clegg and she is magnificent! They moved last year to a office on Minorca they used to be on Alahambra and the parking now is much more challenging but well worth it! Currently Dr. Rosen is in charge of the pratice and he is equally caring of all patients. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I live about 15 miles and would never even consider changing doctors!

I went to Primecare of Coral Gables yesterday for my first physical in over a decade. I was nervous and anxious, but as soon as I walked through their doors, I felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. Marta, Eric and Dr. Adam Rosen were knowledgeable, attentive and, most importantly, good people who took great care of me. I highly recommend Primecare, and will be using them exclusively moving forward.
