I am honestly so surprised my the reviews I'm seeing. I have been with Dr Peña for the past year and my mother has been with him for the past seven, when he used to have his office at Baptist hospital. In my experience he has always been amazing and extremely direct and to the point. My mother gave birth to my brother five years ago and thanks you him they are both still alive. My mom had a risky c-section due to high blood pressure and my brother was born at seven months. Asidr from all of the risks of the pregnancy my mother also had a fibroid attached to her uterus. Another doctor would have scheduled another surgery to take it out and make more money, but he took care of it thinking of the health of his patient. I recommend him to anyone who needs a good gynecologist.

I have been w/ Dr. Pena for both GYN and OB, I can only say that he is one of the best Doctors I have come across, and not only is he professional, knowledgeable, friendly, moral and ethically well behaved. Dr. Pena delivered my first son 11 years ago, and it was a very smooth and easy pregnancy as a first time mom by his side, he took his time to educate me and my ex husband, he would always answers any of our questions and was available at all times. 11 years later, I am expecting my girl and soon to deliver her again by him at Baptist. I feel confident, happy and most importantly, I trust Dr. Pena's hands and medical license. He is a great physician, father, friend and educator.

Being pregnant and having a baby during a pandemic was the scariest experience of my life in many aspects- but Dr. Peña made the experience as positive and enjoyable as it could be. I always left my appointments feeling safe and confident. My favorite part of being Dr. Peña’s patient was how he took his time to understand how I was feeling and always reminded me to “exercise my psychological muscle” by repeating positive affirmations every day. Doing this made a world of a difference in my pregnancy and birth experience. My baby boy was delivered on October 13, 2021 and is doing amazing. I am so grateful to Dr. Peña and his entire staff. I miss them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pena for 3 years. He is excellent! Knowledgeable! Determined to research what is going on in your body. I was unable to see him for 1 years and was bleeding non stop for 4 months. A team of 6 obgyns couldn't figure out what was going on with me seeing them weekly and doing useless weekly blood work and trying different birth control pills were unsuccessful and just a band-aid on the real issues with my body. I returned to Miami and 1 visit and blood wk and Dr. Pena gave me the results I desperately needed. His staff Jenny and Jasmine contribute tremendously they are an absolutely an amazing team! Both professional, knowledgeable, available to assist you, and go beyond their expectations, courteous, friendly, compassionate. If I could give them 100 start rating I would. The best Ob office.
