Avoid Dr. Bregman, he is a Joe Rogan podcast wannabe. Who prescribes their own podcast? This guy is losing his mind, he never remembered my name, what meds I was on, let my meds lapse and have a withdrawal seizure causing two broken shoulders because he didn't keep a scheduled appointment, keep me on my medication, or titrate me off properly. His virtual visits are of him in his backyard drinking. He is negligent and is derelict in his duty to do no harm. Good thing I retained the best malpractice lawyer in Florida. Avoid this charlatan at all costs.

I was left hanging by this office 3 times. No one showed up to my telehealth appointment which was then rescheduled, only for no one to show up AGAIN. On the third day, I was told the doctor would call me, and guess what, no call. Because of these people, I went days without my medication and began to experience withdrawal symptoms. And oh yeah, they kept my copay despite providing no service. Stay away!

I love Dr. Bregman but his staff is terrible. Every appointment, there is no one on for 30 minutes to an hour. Appointments always run very past the time it’s set for and there is little to no communication. Not good for schedules.

I am unsure how they haven’t been sued for malpractice. You never see the same Doctor. Mostly see PAs. Calls last 1-3 minutes. This is simply a pill factory, not a medical practice. You could walk in and get any medication zero questions asked. Hilariously overpriced. You could spend up to two hours in the waiting room, calls and e-mails are never answered, and they have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy 5 times.
