By the rules, the D.O.T. says no. If it is in the trunk or at best below the windows generally speaking you're okay. However; it is at the drivers discretion, and you are taking a risk.

What are the methods of payment you offer? Do you accept personal checks or cashiers checks? Do you accept credit cards for payment, if yes is there an additional fee for that.
