Magills showed up on time as promised to tow my ‘68 Dodge Charger. One of the wheels was locked but Joe did a great job getting the car loaded onto their flatbed with care. Really nice guy. Cost to tow approx 20 miles was very reasonable and was as quoted upfront. Would use again without hesitation. Thank you!

The absolute worst experience ever. My vehicle’s alternator and battery went as I was on Pa Turnpike 76 approaching New Staton. The tow driver from Magills didn’t know how to put my vehicle in neutral so he dragged my vehicle onto the tow trucks with the wheels SIDEWAYS!! I was charged $856 to replace my alternator and battery. The next day I went to pick up my vehicle and it was making all types of rubbing noises it wasn’t making previous to being towed. I left the vehicle there with a note questioning the noise. They call me the next day saying “Oh your wheel bearing is cracked and needs replaced”. I replied “Did your workers not here all the noise coming from my tire when they pulled it out the garage”? They charged me another $700 to replace the bearing. The problem was still not fixed and They were trying to charge me more for additional repairs. I just took my vehicle and left. I would never recommend their service to anyone.

Are the exclusive tow company for Monroeville Emergency services allowing them to mark up their two prices by tripple, then when in a hurry they further damage vehicles by not lifting the rear end of tows requiring that, and refuse to pay for the damage incurred. This an illegal monopoly supported by the borough of Monroeville.
