We had an idea for mini cupcakes for my sister's baby shower. We were going to have a dessert bar and we heard lady di's had great cupcakes. My sister called them to place the order and all I had to do was stop by and pay. She told me she called and they said they were able to do the order so I rushed after work to pay and when I got there they changed their minds and told me they couldn't place the order. I needed the cupcakes for the next day so I was confused on why they said they could over the phone and when I got there they said no. They didn't give me an explanation and just took the person behind me. I was shocked. I didn't know what to do but I called kupcake kitchen and they said they would gladly do the order and even took my payment over the phone. We got the cupcakes the next day as planned and they were a hit. They were super friendly and I have never gone back to lady di's. They were very rude and unprofessional.

These are the best cookies anywhere. I'm a really cookie connoisseur, and I've never tasted better. I'm always strictly a chocolate guy! But the oatmeal raisin cookies here are just incredible. The chocolate don't disappoint either. Love the peanut butter chocolate ones and the plain old semi sweet. Plus the brownies are incredible. Dense. Moist. Mushy. Yummy. Plus they have a peanut butter brownie. So good. I've yet to find cookies that are better, and when I've shared them, I haven't found anyone who disagrees with me.
