I am a Facey patient - I went to have a Covid test in mid-December 2021 - I checked in at the front desk and was informed that there was a 2 hour wait because of all the people that wanted a test. I waited in my car and was called on my phone when it was my turn. I got my nose swabbed and went back to my car. After about another hour I was called in to see the Immediate Care doctor. The doctor listened to my lungs and heart and informed me that there was no immediate abnormalities. He asked me why I wanted to be tested and I told him that I had attended a family gathering where some had later tested positive for Covid-19. The doctor told me that my test results would be coming soon. After about 20 mins or so - my test results were ready, printed out and given to me - I was NEGATIVE. These are crazy times with this virus and I can only imagine the stress that is put on these medical doctors, nurses, technicians and workers. - Thank you

I brought my daughter to the urgent care for a few stitches🤕 Everyone was very quick and courteous the receptionist, nurses, and doctors all of them 🙌. I was in and out within 35 minutes. Great team work! Glad I came here.

I was seen here today as a healthcare jaded sceptic. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were efficient, helpful, friendly and thorough. The Dr. took him time with me to explain to my understanding. I was seen, had multiple test and treated in just over an hour total. I was very satisfied with my care.
