First off, I live in Panama. Everything I get comes from order online. Was a pleasure to go into this amazing store during my recent visit to LA and touch and feel my purchases. From the moment I stepped through the door Robert was super attentive. He asked me what kind of dog I have, (Zeus: a 4-month 21kg Rottweiler; he going to be a beast and I needed professional tools). I told him my goal was to get gear to take back home to Panama to help me with the next year of training. Over the next 2 hours he was super attentive, obviously he had to go attend other people but always came back and made sure I was comfortable with my purchases. I also picked up the Dogtra 1900s E collar, which he recommended. I give the Blue Collar guys a 5-star review. Made me feel super comfortable and did not have that "know it all" attitude. Looking forward to tagging you guys in many stories to come while Zeus. Thanks for the attention and great customer service!!! Blue Collar team is killing it!

Great products, awesome staff, and by far the best dog sports supply store I've ever visited. There are a lot of cool pet supply stores out there, but this one hits the top end of the best with supplies for just about any sport you can think of!

Good question. I have only been there in person. It's a wonderful shop. I suggest calling them directly, they may have moved on from a website to handling e-commerce via Facebook or Amazon.
Safe during covid!
This is because there are major retailers who charge more for an item but advertise that they will "beat any competitors price" so long as the other store is a brick and mortar store in the same city. It enables them to keep their prices high yet give the illusion they are cheaper by "beating" the local stores. This is a game they play, that fools the consumer and undercuts the mom and pop shops. They major retailer does not drop their price, they only match our price only for the customers that claim we are cheaper. They also know it is time consuming for our staff to respond to all these calls. Its become a game that the big retailers do to create an illusion that they are cheaper than the mom & pop stores, but they are not. The other response to your question is correct. All of the local small stores have banded together in unanimously refusing to play the phone price check game. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused but we have to do what we can to stay in biz among the sharks.
yeah they do! right behind the front counter.
I didn't notice that, but they might. They have practically everything you'd need for your dog. You should call and ask before you go.
They do carry fromm but not their entire line.
Nice staff
