I resonate with most of the other reviews about this institution, however I strongly disagree with the employees need to kiss every animal on their private parts everytime they feed them, this creates a very bad pavlov reflex, and now my goldfish always attacks my mouth with its genitals everytime i feed it!

5 year old African Grey with deformed scissor beak in a small dirty cage with a sunflower seed diet. Owner was selling for $3k. This poor special needs bird would need beak trims for the rest of his life and he most likely already has fatty liver disease from the seed-only diet and a Vitamin A deficiency. For $3k, you can get a healthy 2-4 year old healthy African Grey. A bird under these conditions should be $1k or even free due to poor conditions. I offered $2k to cut my losses and be ready for a steep vet bill but they were firm on their price. My parents went to ask for the Grey and they increased the price to $4k. At the mention of the bird needing vet treatment, they refused to sell saying a vet will only hurt the bird and steal my money. Ironic. Obviously basic knowledge of exotic bird care is absent here. Please get your birds from responsible breeders feeding a varied diet. A seed diet only leads to liver problems and early death because they’re high in fat. Will never be coming back here again.

Really bad customer service. They don’t greet or say thank you. The store is so small, and stinks. To many animals in one small cage. It’s super dreadful to see them suffering. The turtles as well. They had very little water. You could tell the two ladies didn’t care about an of the animals and just care about making money. The floor is so dirty and there’s so many flies. This place should shut down and not make the animals suffer.
