The story is fine. The app was not working and their website was not working. I googled asking if the website was working and it hasn't worked in a week apparently. I like to pre-order my things and just run in and get them and I couldn't do that today.

You have to have your animal under a Banfield policy for vaccinations. They use to be in the same facility but Banfield moved across the street from pet smart. The Banfield insurance for your animal is inexpensive and very much cost effective for what you would normally pay for treatments. I have 3 animals. 2 dogs and a paint face siamese Cat. For all three services I am not sorry for my choice with Banfield. Of course this is just my opinion, do your own due diligence.
Pet smart use to be adjacent to banfield pet hospital, banfield has moved across the street so to answer you No you cannot get your dog vaccination there at pet smart.

They do not sell dogs. However, they do have dog and cat adoptions on some weekends.
Julie's answer is the best. Most large stores do not specialize in hand tamed birds. Look for a local breeder or small store that has parrots.
