Today we decided to try this place for the first time and the. The truth is that I left this wretched place super disappointed because I will say it now from the start they asked us what drinks we wanted, everything was fine until then, then they lifted our order, great until then, after that the waitress did not bring us plates or ask if everything went well lots of times and we had the glasses were empty for a long time and she never asked if we wanted more soda followed by this I had to look at her and ask her for more soda and a few boxes it took me as long as ever I took the ticket to pay and she told me that she had my phone number I gave it to her It keeps telling me that I have to pay. what I am leaving the place and they tell me that I have to pay first before leaving but nobody told me or explained that after I left I had to pay on the way out I was making my payment the manager stopped me and came back and I told him I am processing the payment more than 4 times, I said the same thing and he insisted that I had to pay, showing him my cell phone and that I am entering my card information to do the process, he told me it is ok, I will believe in you, my point here It is if the waitress had explained the process to me and had been there with me explaining myself, I would not have gotten up from the table until my account had been approved, this made me feel DISCRIMINATED for not informing the waitress well about the steps to follow, not because it was Latina or because of my style of dress, they have to make their clients feel this way, but for me, FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I FLOOR IN THIS PLACE I MADE A VERY GOOD PURCHASE AND I THINK IT WOULD BE VERY EASY FOR ME TO RECOMMEND IT BUT WITH I DOUBT THIS SITUATION VERY MUCH TO THE OTHER IF I DECIDE TO EAT CHICKEN WINGS IT IS BETTER TO GO TO WINGSTOP they want to feel DISCRIMINATED GO TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS

I have visited this location before and had a better experience. Service was lacking and considering it wasn't busy when we got there, a little disappointing. Was never offered a second beer(their loss) was given lots of ranch and when we asked for blue cheese, we got one small one for two orders. Food was as you would expect it, good. I don't think I will visit this location again. Not the good times you see on the commercials.

Waitress was slow and dis-interested. Took over 13 min to get a drink then was not what was ordered. She took our order brought our food and appetizer w/o dipping sauce , napkins, plates or flatware just flopped it down and walked away. Order was mixed up. We asked for manager and then new waitress. She said she’d send over another person. 10 min later he came by. We ordered another drink and never received it. We paid at front desk. No apology from manager, did not receive veteran discount! Very disappointed!!
