I placed an online order curbside order. I came at the directed time and used the app as requested to let the restaurant know I was there to pick up my order. I sat in the lot for 15 minutes waiting. I went in the restaurant and the two hostess were just standing there. I got no apology and they just handed me my order. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing ihop anymore!

Well the pancakes were not hot maybe Lukewarm. The butter did not even melt. Came to this IHOP because the one we usually go to we stopped going on Roosevelt Blvd it is dark and windows need to be cleaned. Not enough of lighting. This was my last visit to an IHOP. Will go to Cracker Barrel from now on. Lost a good customer.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! We were seated and for 10 minutes multiple employees walked past the table and didn’t even bother to ask us for our drink order. A family walked in was seated next to us and their order for drinks/food was taken immediately.

Unfortunate experience. First time goin to this one and the pancakes are odd. They have more of a cornbread texture. Syrup is soaking up into the pancakes which never happens wit ihop pancakes. I cant put my finger on it but something was poorly executed with these pancakes. None of them are uniform. Like 10 diff ppl made each pancake. Some have brown dots on em like they were made on the same stove top as toast
