Thank you Robert for correcting our order! Had a problem with a delivery and after some conversation, everything was resolved. I see a lot of bad reviews, and I would suggest that since covid, we all need to learn a little patience. Everyone is short staffed and it might make sense for you to call a place first if you are traveling far...that seems to be the new norm around here anyway!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The last two times we have come here we have had to wait over 30 min in line to order our ice cream. Now I wouldn’t mind waiting if they actually got the order right. The last two times we were there we both ordered the same size (love it) and one of us ended up with a like it size each time. We paid for the bigger size but got the smaller. The last time we caught the issue right away and addressed it. The man behind the counter tried to tell us we were given to love it sizes and held up a cup to match. Mind you he held up the like it size to show it matched the wrong size given 🤦🏼‍♀️ he then told us “I just grabbed a cup to get the line down..” what a pathetic way to run a business. Didn’t offer to fix it or offer a refund. Never again we will come here.

We arrived at this location 40 minutes before it’s closing time which was 11PM yet they were already closed. It is very unprofessional to close before they’re closing time. We even checked there closing time online and even on their front door it says 11PM on Saturdays yet they were close at 10:20 PM. Not to mention that we drove 25 minutes to get at this location. Very disappointing.NEVER AT COLD STONE AGAIN

Unfortunately a bad experience worth noting. We waited 40 minutes for a half filled, over priced bowl of ice cream. We haven't been to Cold Stone in ages and had a gift card and were so excited. We were willing to waiting in the line but the lady who made our ice cream had to ask us twice what kind of ice cream we wanted and even after that made the wrong ice cream. I eventually just took what she made. I don't recommend especially when there are some really great mom and pop places that will give you more ice cream that tastes better at a better price.
